Free Pickup and Drop Off

We have encountered many situations throughout our years of experience where a customer has had difficulty in getting their vehicle to the shop for repair. Sometimes it is a case where a customer has had a windshield or door glass broken in such a manner that they are uncomfortable driving the vehicle to our shop. Sometimes there are scheduling conflicts where our business hours coincide with the customer’s work hours making it difficult for them to get away from work to have the window repair done. Sometimes a customer is located in a section of the city that is not conveniently situated to one of our locations. To address these many situations and to improve the convenience of our service, we provide a service whereby we can travel to a customer’s location, drive the customer vehicle to our shop, perform the window replacement and then return the vehicle to the customer when the job is completed.

Our drivers are all very personable, clean-cut, retired gentlemen with excellent driving records. Dynasty Auto Glass drivers have a reputation for respecting our customers’ vehicles and for driving customers’ cars in a safe and responsible manner. Our drivers are second to none in customer service and are fully insured under our company insurance policy.

Courtesy Cars

We provide courtesy cars as an added convenience so that customers have the opportunity to run some errands or grab a bite to eat while they wait for their glass work to be done. The courtesy cars are Pontiac Sunfires or Chevy Cavaliers. For the comfort of passengers, all of the courtesy cars are 4-door vehicles. The cars are regularly maintained and are all mechanically sound and reliable vehicles. The cars are cleaned thoroughly each week by a detailing professional. Courtesy cars are provided to our customers at a minimal cost of $8 per vehicle which simply goes to cover some of the cost of our gas and insurance. The courtesy vehicles are covered under our corporate insurance policy for any individuals over the age of 25.

Dealer Plates

We have encountered many situations where customers do not yet have registration or insurance on their vehicles. This has historically made it impossible for us to pick up the customer’s vehicle and drive it to our shop for repair or replacement. In order to address such situations, we have arranged to obtain a Dealer Plate. With the Dealer Plate we are able to drive otherwise uninsured, unregistered vehicles and while we have the vehicle it will be covered under our corporate umbrella insurance policy.
