Stone Chips

We also perform stone-chip repairs here at Dynasty. Repair of stone chips is an excellent preventative measure that can go a long ways to extending the life of a windshield. Stone chips are the original cause of most of the cracked windshields that we see here at the shop. Cold weather makes windshield glass more brittle in Calgary’s winters and the stress and forces that the cold weather puts on a windshield result in stone chips quickly spreading throughout the entire windshield.

Insurance Claims

We are well versed in dealing with all major insurance providers. Dynasty Auto Glass can accommodate all kinds of insurance claims for broken windows in all kinds of automobiles. Dynasty is approved by the insurance industry for the replacement of any automobile glass and is licensed to deal directly with insurance providers in order to minimize the inconvenience of our customers of dealing with an insurance claim.

In the case of insurance claims on automotive windows, we often provide flexibility to our customers in the form of the waiver of deductibles. Depending on the specific window and the type of claim made, we can often waive the entire deductible and can usually waive as much as $150 of the deductible for insurance claims. Each claim would have to be evaluated individually.

Lifetime Guarantee

Unless otherwise stated at the time of repair, we guarantee every vehicle we do to the extent that if the window leaks during the lifetime of the vehicle for any reason related to the installation, then we will ensure that the leak gets fixed. If we cannot fix the leak, then we will pull the window and re-install it.

We stand by the quality of our windows. We warranty the piece of glass for any defects. If there is a flaw inherent in the piece of glass that we sell, then we will replace the glass with a piece that meets the customer’s satisfaction.
